Body Bee Policies

It is my  intention to provide clients with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment.  I will tailor each treatment to your individual needs. 

I believe that your time is valuable as is mine, and I will do my best to be ready for your appointment at our scheduled time. In my commitment to provide you with the best experience, while respecting my own schedule, I have adopted the following policies:

Arrival to Body Bee Studio 

If this is your first session with me, please arrive a 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients).  Returning clients should arrive a few minutes early, allowing time to discuss treatment and undress and prepare for the service. If you prefer to fill out the forms beforehand, you can print them from the menu under "client forms".  Early arrival allows for a relaxed experience. If late arrival is inevitable, I may have to end the massage at the originally scheduled time in order to keep myself on time for my next client. 


Late Arrival Policy

All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule, therefore we regret that late arrivals may not receive extended time. In special cases, and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment length. This will be at my discretion, as my schedule allows. The original reservation fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

I value your business, and your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of half the full amount. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.  When you miss an appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of another client who could have scheduled at that time.  For these reasons, I will need to ensure that we mutually respect each others schedule.


No Show Policy

Unforeseen events are inevitable.  However, I ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled service.  If you scheduled you are a no-show, payment upfront will be required for future appointments.

Respecting Boundaries

I am happy to adjust pressure, temperature, music, stay on an area or move on if you request it.

The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time.

The client will always be draped according to legal and ethical standards. 

Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.  This includes sexual conversation, innuendo, removal of draping, exposing genitals, inappropriate touching, etc.  

Gift Cards

I am happy to offer gift cards.  These cards are printed on high quality card stock, and make a lovely gift.  To redeem these, you must either have the actual card or proof of purchase.  This protects me from someone fraudulently printing my cards from the internet and passing them off as legitimate purchased items.  Thank you for understanding.
